गणित विभाग में तीन सप्ताह के वर्कशॉप का भव्य शुभारंभ

हजारीबाग। विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के गणित विभाग में तीन सप्ताह के वर्कशॉप का भव्य शुभारंभ हुआ। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि विश्वविद्यालय के माननीय कुलपति प्रोफेसर डॉ. दिनेश कुमार सिंह थे, जबकि गेस्ट ऑफ ऑनर विज्ञान संकायाध्यक्ष डॉ. एच.एन. सिन्हा रहे। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य वक्ता, पूर्व विभागाध्यक्ष और अवकाश प्राप्त शिक्षक डॉ. राजीव कुमार द्विवेदी ने कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता में उपयोग होने वाले आधुनिक गणित पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने बताया कि 1965 में प्रोफेसर जेद्दा द्वारा प्रारंभ की गई यह विधा आज मशीन लर्निंग, वाशिंग मशीन और चालक रहित कारों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है।

मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. दिनेश कुमार सिंह ने अपने उद्बोधन में जेनेटिक्स में गणित के उपयोग पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने अपने कार्यक्षेत्र में उपयोग किए जाने वाले विभिन्न गणितीय सिद्धांतों की जानकारी साझा की और छात्रों को इस क्षेत्र में नए शोध और योगदान के लिए प्रेरित किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन स्नातकोत्तर की छात्रा सोनल गुप्ता और छात्र गौरी शंकर कुमार ने किया। मंच पर कंट्रोलर ऑफ एग्जामिनेशन डॉ. पंकज कुमार मांझी उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में सहायक राजेश कुमार और अमरेश यादव का विशेष योगदान रहा।

कार्यक्रम का समापन विज्ञान संकायाध्यक्ष डॉ. एच.एन. सिन्हा ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ किया। इस अवसर पर वाणिज्य संकायाध्यक्ष डॉ. अग्रवाल, अर्थशास्त्र विभाग के सहायक प्राध्यापक डॉ. उमेंद्र सिंह, बॉटनी विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. अविनाश कुमार, राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के सह प्राध्यापक डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, और गणित विभाग के शोधार्थी विवेक तिवारी, मीनू मेहरा , शिल्पा कुमारी समेत स्नातकोत्तर छात्र उपस्थित थे।

नीतीश, गौतम, प्रियंका, उषा, अभिषेक, विक्की, विकास, अनिल और रविकांत सहित कई छात्रों ने कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। उनकी भागीदारी ने इस वर्कशॉप को और भी सार्थक और सफल बनाया।
