रांची : पढ़ेगा झारखंड, तो बढ़ेगा झारखंड. इसी सोच को साकार करने की दिशा में राज्य की कृषि,पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने गुरुवार को मांडर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लापुंग प्रखंड में स्कूल भवन निर्माण का शिलान्यास किया. लापुंग प्रखंड के तीन सरकारी स्कूलों में 1 करोड़ 17 लाख 82 हजार की लागत से भवन का निर्माण होगा.
राजकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय, लापुंग में 55 लाख 94 हजार की लागत से 8 कमरे का भवन निर्माण होना है. जबकि राजकीयकृत उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय डाड़ी में 30 लाख 94 हजार की लागत से चार कमरे का भवन और पीएमश्री अपग्रेडेड हाईस्कूल, सरसा में 30 लाख 94 की लागत से चार कमरे का भवन निर्माण होगा.
शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम के दौरान छात्रों के साथ-साथ अभिभावकों में उत्साह देखने को मिला. मंत्री ने इस मौके पर कहा कि भवनों के अभाव में छात्रों के नामांकन की गति थम गई थी. मांडर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की जनप्रतिनिधि होने के नाते मेरा कर्तव्य है कि कोई भी बच्चा शिक्षा से अछूता ना रह जाए.
आज जब स्कूल भवन निर्माण का शिलान्यास हुआ है तो, निश्चित रूप से नामांकन प्रक्रिया को गति मिलेगी. मंत्री ने कहा कि हमेशा से ही सरकारी स्कूल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करते रहे हैं. राज्य के सरकारी स्कूल में शिक्षा ग्रहण करने वाले आज IAS, IPS, डॉक्टर और इंजीनियर के पद पर कार्यरत हैं.
उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों की शिक्षा में उनके माता-पिता की भूमिका भी महत्वपूर्ण है. बच्चों के लिए उनके माता-पिता को शिक्षक की भूमिका निभानी होगी. क्योंकि बच्चे अपने घर से अच्छा-बुरा सब कुछ सीखते हैं. कहा कि बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर ने कहा है कि शिक्षित समाज से ही विकसित समाज की परिकल्पना संभव है. इसलिए साक्षरता का दर कैसे बढ़े इस ओर समाज और हर एक परिवार को कदम बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता है.
शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम के दौरान स्कूली बच्चों ने नृत्य और गीत के साथ कृषि मंत्री का स्वागत किया. इस मौके पर स्कूल के शिक्षक, प्रखंड कार्यालय के अधिकारी, अभिभावक, बुद्धिजीवी, स्थानीय जन प्रतिनिधि और कांग्रेस के कई नेता और कार्यकर्ता मौजूद थे.
