उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में NCORD, कारा, खनन एवं सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में NCORD समिति, कारा समिति, खनन एवं सड़क सुरक्षा से संबंधित संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में संबंधित विभागों के वरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

*NCORD समिति की बैठक के दौरान* उपायुक्त ने कम उम्र के बच्चों में नशीले पदार्थों की बढ़ती प्रवृत्ति पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए इसके रोकथाम हेतु सख्त कदम उठाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने SDO सदर को निर्देश दिया कि वे सभी विद्यालयों में प्राचार्यों के साथ बैठक आयोजित कर बच्चों को नशे से दूर रखने हेतु व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान चलाएं। इसके अतिरिक्त, शहरी एवं ग्रामीण उच्च विद्यालयों में नशा मुक्ति अभियान तेज करने, नशा संबंधित घटनाओं की सूचना देने हेतु एक विशेष फोन नंबर जारी करने, तथा एक सूचना आदान-प्रदान हेतु वॉट्सएप ग्रुप निर्माण का निर्देश भी दिया गया। सदर अस्पताल में संचालित ड्रग काउंसलिंग केंद्र को दुरुस्त करने एवं प्रभावी परामर्श की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही गई।

उपायुक्त ने शहर के सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर गुटखा, तंबाकू एवं हंडिया जैसी नशीली वस्तुओं की बिक्री पर रोक लगाने एवं नियमित जांच-पड़ताल कर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश भी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को दिया।

*कारा समिति की समीक्षा के क्रम में* उपायुक्त गुमला ने जेल की आंतरिक व्यवस्था सुधारने, नियमित निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित करने एवं निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता की जांच करने का निर्देश दिया। साफ-सफाई और अन्य जरूरी व्यवस्थाओं पर भी विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया।

*खनन विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान* उपायुक्त ने पर्यावरण संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में नियमित निरीक्षण एवं छापेमारी करने, अवैध खनन की शिकायतों पर समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने एवं निर्धारित दर से अधिक मूल्य पर बालू एवं पत्थर की बिक्री पर रोक लगाने का निर्देश दिया। जिला खनन पदाधिकारी द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार जनवरी से अप्रैल 2025 तक कुल 23 प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई हैं, जिनमें 27 वाहन जप्त किए गए एवं 12 वाहनों से 2.52 लाख रुपये दंड स्वरूप वसूल किए गए हैं।

*सड़क सुरक्षा संबंधी समीक्षा में* प्राप्त आंकड़ों के अनुसार जिले में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 19.28% की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। जनवरी से अप्रैल 2025 के बीच कुल 99 सड़क दुर्घटनाएं हुई हैं, जिनमें 91 लोगों की मृत्यु तथा 31 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए हैं। उपायुक्त ने ऐसे क्षेत्रों की पहचान कर वहां सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने तथा पीड़ितों को अनुकंपा एवं सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ शीघ्र दिलाने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्य द्वारा अन्य कई आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से SDO सदर, SDO चैनपुर, SDO बसिया, DCLR गुमला, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, जिला सामान्य शाखा पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
