जमशेदपुर डीसी कर्ण सत्यार्थी आदिम जनजातीय समुदायों से किया सीधा संवाद, शहद प्रोसेसिंग का काम कर रही महिलाओं से मिले 

जमशेदपुर : राज्य में सदियों से समाज की मुख्यधारा के कटे आदिम जनजातियों की सुध लेने के लिए जिला प्रशासन अक्सर निष्क्रिय रहता है लेकिन जिले के नए डीसी कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने उनका हालचाल जाना, यह सुखद बात है. डीसी ने आदिम जनजाति परिवारों के सरकारी योजनाओं से आच्छादन आदि की जानकारी ली। महिलाओं की सुविधा के लिए डीसी दरी पर बैठकर उनकी बातों को गंभीरता से सुना.

डीसी ने गुरुवार को बोड़ाम प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित जिला परिषद भवन (डाक बंगला) पहुंचकर पहाड़िया, सबर और खड़िया आदिम जनजातीय समुदायों से संवाद किया। यह संवाद विशेष रूप से वन धन विकास केंद्र के तहत शहद प्रोसेसिंग से जुड़ी महिलाओं व परिवारों की आजीविका एवं विपणन की चुनौतियों पर केंद्रित था.  

महिलाओं के उत्पादों के लिए नये व स्थायी बाजार तलाशने को होगी कोशिश : डीसी

जनजातियों के समूह से डीसी ने कहा कि शहद प्रोसेसिंग का काम कर रही महिलाओं से मिलना और उनकी गतिविधियों को नजदीक से समझना मेरा मुख्य उद्देश्य है। हमें देखना है कि कैसे इन प्रयासों को और बढ़ाया जाये, कैसे इनके उत्पादों के लिए नये और स्थायी बाजार तलाशे जाएं ताकि इनकी मेहनत की सही कीमत मिल सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि बोड़ाम जैसे क्षेत्रों में केवल शहद नहीं, बल्कि अन्य आजीविका आधारित कार्य भी हो रहे हैं। जिला प्रशासन का यह प्रयास है कि इन कार्यों को संस्थागत रूप से गति दी जाए ताकि समुदाय की प्रति व्यक्ति आय में निरंतर वृद्धि हो सके।

डीसी ने स्पष्ट किया कि जब कोई नया उत्पाद बनता है तो शुरुआती दौर में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बाज़ार की होती है। यह हमारी जिम्मेदारी है कि इन समुदायों द्वारा बनाये गये उत्पादों को अच्छे बाज़ार से जोड़ा जाये और उन्हें व्यापक पहचान दिलायी जाये। इस दिशा में उप विकास आयुक्त, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी और जेएसएलपीएस की टीम मिलकर कार्य कर रही है।

डीसी ने मौके पर मौजूद अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि आदिम जनजातीय समुदायों की पारंपरिक दक्षताओं और संसाधनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए योजनाएं तैयार की जाएं और उन्हें संसाधन,प्रशिक्षण एवं विपणन में भरपूर सहयोग दिया जाये।

इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त अनिकेत सचान, एसडीओ धालभूम शताब्दी मजूमदार, बीडीओ किकू महतो, सीओ रंजीत रंजन, डीपीएम जेएसएलपीएस सुजीत बारी व अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
