सस्ती दवाओं से किसानों की राहत तक: अनुप्रिया पटेल ने मंत्रालय और समाज दोनों मोर्चों पर दिखाया सक्रिय नेतृत्व

भारतीय राजनीति में अक्सर मंत्रियों को केवल उनके मंत्रालय की सीमा में देखा जाता है, लेकिन केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री और अपना दल (एस) की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अनुप्रिया पटेल इस परंपरा से अलग नजर आती हैं। वह न केवल मंत्रालय की जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन करती हैं बल्कि सामाजिक सरकारों और जनता के मुद्दों पर भी सक्रिय रूप से सामने आती हैं। यही वजह है कि मोदी सरकार के तीनों कार्यकाल में उन्हें लगातार मंत्री पद की जिम्मेदारी मिली है।

सस्ती दवाओं की पहुंच और जन औषधि योजना का विस्तार

देश में महंगी दवाओं की समस्या लंबे समय से गरीब और मध्यमवर्गीय परिवारों के लिए चिंता का विषय रही है। इस चुनौती से निपटने के लिए सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री भारतीय जन औषधि परियोजना का विस्तार किया। जुलाई 2025 तक पूरे देश में 16,912 जन औषधि केंद्र स्थापित किए जा चुके हैं।
राज्यसभा में जानकारी साझा करते हुए अनुप्रिया पटेल ने बताया कि इन केंद्रों से लोगों को 11 वर्षों में करीब 38,000 करोड़ रुपये की बचत हुई है। अगस्त 2025 में 35 से अधिक आवश्यक दवाओं की कीमतें घटाई गईं, जिससे हृदय रोग, मधुमेह और मानसिक रोगों से पीड़ित मरीजों को सीधा लाभ पहुंचा।

किसानों को उर्वरक सब्सिडी से राहत

किसानों के लिए उर्वरक की आपूर्ति अक्सर विवाद का विषय रही है। लेकिन 2025 में स्थिति बेहतर रही। संसद में अनुप्रिया पटेल ने बताया कि यूरिया, डीएपी और अन्य उर्वरक पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध हैं। खरीफ 2025 में कुल बुवाई क्षेत्र 26.93 लाख हेक्टेयर बढ़ा, जो किसानों के भरोसे को दर्शाता है।
उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में दाम बढ़ने के बावजूद सरकार ने डीएपी पर विशेष आर्थिक सहायता दी, ताकि किसानों पर अतिरिक्त बोझ न पड़े। इसके साथ ही 2023-24 में फॉस्फेटिक और पोटाशिक उर्वरकों पर 65,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की सब्सिडी दी गई।

संसदीय क्षेत्र में विकास और नई पहलें

मिर्जापुर से सांसद रहते हुए अनुप्रिया पटेल ने अपने क्षेत्र में भी कई उल्लेखनीय पहलें कीं। इनमें 100% वैक्सीनेशन योजना, चुनार लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क के माध्यम से स्थानीय कालीन और हस्तशिल्प उद्योग को बढ़ावा, धनसिरिया गाँव को गोद लेकर मॉडल विद्यालय का निर्माण, तथा कृषि को विकास का इंजन मानते हुए कृषि संकल्प अभियान शामिल हैं।
इन प्रयासों का ही परिणाम है कि वह लगातार तीसरी बार सांसद चुनी गईं।

सामाजिक न्याय के मुद्दों पर मुखर आवाज

अनुप्रिया पटेल सामाजिक न्याय से जुड़े सवालों पर भी सक्रिय रही हैं। उन्होंने जाति-आधारित जनगणना का समर्थन किया और एनडीए सरकार के दौरान राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग को संवैधानिक दर्जा दिलाने, केंद्रीय शिक्षण संस्थानों में ओबीसी आरक्षण लागू कराने और 13-पॉइंट रोस्टर विवाद का समाधान जैसे कदमों में अहम भूमिका निभाई।

जनता की आवाज और संतुलित नेतृत्व

सस्ती दवाओं की उपलब्धता से लेकर किसानों को राहत और सामाजिक न्याय की मांगों तक, अनुप्रिया पटेल ने बार-बार यह साबित किया है कि उनकी भूमिका केवल एक मंत्री तक सीमित नहीं है। वह सरकार और समाज—दोनों की जरूरतों के बीच सेतु का काम करती हैं।
