नियमों के उल्लंघन का आरोप, एसडीएम समेत वरीय अधिकारियों से शिकायत की चेतावनी

गोमिया प्रखंड के नावाडीह स्थित ऊपरघाट क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पेंक–नारायणपुर थाना क्षेत्र के रामाहरिया में संचालित मां जगदम्बा कोल फैक्ट्री में गुरुवार को उस समय हड़कंप मच गया, जब बोकारो जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सुनिता देवी अचानक निरीक्षण के लिए पहुंचीं। निरीक्षण के दौरान फैक्ट्री परिसर में खुले मैदान में कोयला पोड़ा जलते देख जिप अध्यक्ष नाराज हो गईं।
जिप अध्यक्ष ने मौके पर मौजूद फैक्ट्री कर्मियों को कड़ी फटकार लगाते हुए कहा कि कोयला पोड़ा तैयार करने के लिए निर्धारित भट्ठी में ही आग जलाने का प्रावधान है, लेकिन फैक्ट्री प्रबंधन नियमों को दरकिनार कर खुले मैदान में कोयला जलाकर पोड़ा तैयार कर रहा है। उन्होंने इसे गंभीर अनियमितता बताते हुए कहा कि इससे आसपास के गांवों में प्रदूषण फैल रहा है, जो पूरी तरह नियमविरुद्ध है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिप अध्यक्ष ने कर्मियों को तत्काल पानी डालकर जलती भट्ठी को बुझाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि नियमों की अनदेखी किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी और इस मामले की शिकायत अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (एसडीएम) सहित जिला के वरीय अधिकारियों से की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि दोषियों पर कार्रवाई तय है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान फैक्ट्री प्रबंधन और जिप अध्यक्ष के बीच काफी देर तक नोकझोंक की स्थिति बनी रही। जिप अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि पर्यावरण और आम लोगों के स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
इस मौके पर ऊपरघाट जिला परिषद सदस्य खुशबू कुमारी, आजसू के वरीय नेता टिकैत कुमार महतो, सांसद प्रतिनिधि दीपू अग्रवाल, चितरंजन साव, कृष्णा सलेश, कुंदन साव, दीपक मंडल सहित अन्य लोग उपस्थित थे।
