राजनीति विज्ञान का अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन भुवनेश्वर के ‘किसस’ (KISS) में आयोजित

भुवनेश्वर स्थित कलिंगा इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ सोशल साइंस (KISS) में 27–28 दिसंबर 2025 को 62वें इंडियन पॉलिटिकल साइंस एसोसिएशन (IPSA) का दो दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन आयोजित किया गया है। इस प्रतिष्ठित सम्मेलन में विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (विभावि) के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के शिक्षक एवं शोधार्थी सक्रिय सहभागिता निभा रहे हैं।

इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए राजनीति विज्ञान विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा ने बताया कि विभावि के शिक्षक एवं शोधार्थी नियमित रूप से आईपीएसए जैसे अखिल भारतीय शैक्षणिक मंचों पर भाग लेते रहे हैं। उल्लेखनीय है कि ‘इप्सा’ राजनीति विज्ञान के शिक्षकों, शोधार्थियों एवं विद्यार्थियों का देश का सबसे पुराना और प्रतिष्ठित अखिल भारतीय संगठन है।

विभावि के कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि शिक्षक एवं शोधार्थियों की ऐसे राष्ट्रीय-अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों में भागीदारी से उन्हें व्यापक अकादमिक एक्सपोज़र प्राप्त होता है, जो शोध एवं शिक्षण की गुणवत्ता को और सुदृढ़ करता है।

इस वर्ष आयोजित सम्मेलन का विषय “वी द पीपल ऑफ भारत” (We the People of Bharat) रखा गया है, जिस पर देश-विदेश से आए विद्वान अपने विचार और शोध प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं।

सम्मेलन में राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के पूर्व अध्यक्ष प्रो. बालेश्वर प्रसाद सिंह को विशिष्ट वक्ता के रूप में आमंत्रित किया गया है, साथ ही वे एक महत्वपूर्ण तकनीकी सत्र की अध्यक्षता भी कर रहे हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त विभावि से संबद्ध कई शिक्षकों के शोध पत्र सम्मेलन के लिए स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। इनमें बरकट्ठा महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ. बलदेव राम, आदर्श कॉलेज राजधनवार के सहायक प्राध्यापक डॉ. रोशन कुमार, मारखम महाविद्यालय की सहायक प्राध्यापिका डॉ. लाडली कुमारी तथा अन्नदा महाविद्यालय के सहायक प्राध्यापक डॉ. आदित्य कुमार पंकज शामिल हैं।

विभाग के पूर्व विद्यार्थी एवं शोधार्थी तथा वर्तमान में कोल्हान विश्वविद्यालय में सहायक प्राध्यापक डॉ. हरीश कुमार भी इस वर्ष सम्मेलन में भाग लेकर अपना शोध पत्र प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं।

इसके अलावा राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग में अध्ययन एवं शोध से जुड़े डॉ. समीर कुमार, अनदीप कुमार, संतोष रजक एवं रवि विश्वकर्मा के शोध आलेख भी इस अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के लिए स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। सम्मेलन में विभावि की सक्रिय भागीदारी को विश्वविद्यालय के लिए गौरवपूर्ण उपलब्धि माना जा रहा है।
