तेनुघाट व्यवहार न्यायालय में मासिक लोक अदालत का आयोजन, 17 मामलों का निष्पादन

माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय एवं जिला जज बोकारो के निर्देशानुसार तेनुघाट व्यवहार न्यायालय परिसर में मंगलवार, 31 जनवरी को मासिक लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया। इस लोक अदालत में दो बेंच का गठन किया गया था।
प्रथम बेंच में जिला जज द्वितीय श्री सूर्य मणि त्रिपाठी एवं अधिवक्ता श्री गिरिवर कुमार महतो उपस्थित थे, जबकि द्वितीय बेंच में प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी श्री दिग्विजय नाथ शुक्ला एवं अधिवक्ता श्री विनोद कुमार गुप्ता मौजूद रहे।
इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए जिला जज द्वितीय सूर्य मणि त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि लोक अदालत एवं राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में लोगों की बढ़ती भीड़ यह दर्शाती है कि आम जनता लोक अदालत से संतुष्ट है और अपने मामलों का त्वरित एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण समाधान करवा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे वर्ष में लोक अदालत के माध्यम से हजारों मामलों का सफल निष्पादन किया गया है।
31 जनवरी को आयोजित इस मासिक लोक अदालत में कुल 17 मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया, जिसमें 6 लाख 86 हजार रुपये की समझौता राशि वसूल की गई।
