एनजीटी द्वारा रोक लगाते ही गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बालू निकासी पर पूरी तरह प्रतिबंध

अवैध खनन पर लगातार जारी रहेगा अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा एनजीटी की रोक लगते ही जिला प्रशासन रेस हुआ, जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की बड़ी कार्रवाई, सिसई में अवैध बालू लदा ट्रैक्टर जब्त, प्राथमिकी दर्ज किया गया,
कोयल नदी के नागफेनी, बरगाँव, पण्डरानी और ओलमुण्डा क्षेत्रों में जिला प्रशासन की औचक छापेमारी की गई ।
नियम विरुद्ध बालू भंडारण स्थलों को ‘कारण पृच्छा’ (शो-कॉज) नोटिस, तब तक प्रेषण पर पूरी तरह रोक।
10 जून से 15 अक्टूबर 2026 तक रहेगा एनजीटी का प्रतिबंध, अवैध खनन पर लगातार जारी रहेगा अभियान।
राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण द्वारा बालू उत्खनन पर रोक लगाते ही गुमला जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह अलर्ट मोड पर आ गया है। उपायुक्त, गुमला के सख्त आदेशानुसार आज बुधवार को जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स द्वारा बालू घाटों एवं भंडारण स्थलों पर व्यापक छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह संयुक्त कार्रवाई अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (एसडीओ), गुमला की अध्यक्षता में की गई।

कोयल नदी के विभिन्न घाटों पर औचक दबिश

छापेमारी दल में अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी (एसडीपीओ) गुमला, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी (डीएमओ) गुमला, अंचलाधिकारी (सीओ) सिसई, खान निरीक्षक एवं सशस्त्र पुलिस बल शामिल थे। इस उच्चस्तरीय टीम द्वारा सिसई अंचल के अंतर्गत कोयल नदी के नागफेनी, बरगाँव, पण्डरानी एवं ओलमुण्डा सहित विभिन्न संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में अवैध बालू उत्खनन और भण्डारण की औचक जाँच की गई।

ट्रैक्टर जब्त, एफआईआर दर्ज और स्टॉक सीज
जाँच के क्रम में नागफेनी नदी घाट पर ट्रैक्टरों के माध्यम से अवैध रूप से बालू का उत्खनन कर उसका परिवहन करते हुए पाया गया। टीम ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए एक बिना नंबर के ट्रैक्टर को अवैध बालू सहित रंगे हाथ जब्त किया। इस मामले में खान निरीक्षक द्वारा सिसई थाना में सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई है।
इसके अतिरिक्त, क्षेत्र के विभिन्न बालू भंडारण स्थलों (स्टॉकयार्ड) की जाँच की गई। भंडारण नियमों के अनुकूल नहीं पाए जाने के कारण संबंधित संचालकों को कारण पृच्छा नोटिस निर्गत किया जा रहा है। शासन द्वारा निर्देश दिया गया है कि नोटिस का संतोषजनक जवाब आने तक इन स्थलों से बालू का प्रेषण (चालान/परिवहन) पूरी तरह बंद रहेगा।

अवैध कारोबारियों पर प्रशासन की पैनी नजर
प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया है कि 10 जून 2026 से 15 अक्टूबर 2026 तक NGT की रोक प्रभावी है। इस अवधि के दौरान यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति बालू का अवैध खनन, परिवहन या भंडारण करते हुए पाया जाता है, तो उसके विरुद्ध खनन अधिनियम और आईपीसी के तहत कठोरतम कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जिला प्रशासन का यह औचक छापेमारी अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा l
