जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और पेयजल सेवाओं पर विशेष जोर

उपायुक्त ने विभागीय समन्वय बढ़ाकर योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर पहुंचाने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला, 15 जून: उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित कर जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं आमजन तक समयबद्ध लाभ पहुंचाने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने प्रतिवेदनों में ऐसे बिंदुओं का स्पष्ट उल्लेख करें, जहां अन्य विभागों के सहयोग की आवश्यकता हो, ताकि समन्वित प्रयासों से योजनाओं का सफल क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

बैठक में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सर्वाइकल कैंसर की रोकथाम के लिए एचपीवी टीकाकरण अभियान को गंभीरता से लेते हुए व्यापक जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाने तथा विद्यालय स्तर पर अभिभावकों एवं बच्चों को जागरूक करने के निर्देश दिए। मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने, एएनसी जांच में तेजी लाने तथा कुपोषित बच्चों को एमटीसी केंद्रों में भर्ती कर गुणवत्तापूर्ण पोषण उपलब्ध कराने पर भी बल दिया गया।

स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कार्यालय एवं आईआरबी परिसर सहित अन्य उपयुक्त स्थानों पर नियमित रक्तदान शिविर आयोजित करने तथा थैलेसीमिया से पीड़ित बच्चों के लिए पर्याप्त रक्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए गए। वहीं सर्पदंश की बढ़ती घटनाओं को देखते हुए बचाव एवं उपचार संबंधी जागरूकता अभियान चलाने तथा सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर प्रचार-प्रसार करने को कहा गया।

बैठक में 28, 29 और 30 जून को आयोजित होने वाले पल्स पोलियो अभियान की तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए अभियान की शत-प्रतिशत सफलता सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया। स्वास्थ्य अवसंरचना की समीक्षा के दौरान लंबित पीएचसी एवं एचएससी भवनों के निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र शुरू करने, भूमि विवादों का त्वरित निष्पादन करने तथा सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में सीसीटीवी कैमरे सक्रिय रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा में जिले में लगभग 13 हजार बच्चों के आधार कार्ड निर्माण लंबित होने की जानकारी दी गई। इस पर उपायुक्त ने विद्यालयवार सूची तैयार कर विशेष आधार पंजीकरण शिविर आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही विशेष श्रेणी के बच्चों के लिए बैंकिंग सुविधाओं से जोड़ने हेतु विशेष शिविर आयोजित करने को कहा गया।

समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान निर्माणाधीन आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों को निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूरा करने तथा शौचालय, पेयजल और बिजली जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं से संबंधित लंबित कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग की समीक्षा में उपायुक्त ने कोब्बा पंचायत में सुचारू पेयजल व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने तथा बिरूकेरा क्षेत्र में मानसून शुरू होने से पूर्व हर हाल में पेयजल परियोजनाओं को पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। नगर परिषद को शहरी क्षेत्रों में निर्बाध जलापूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने, खराब संरचनाओं की मरम्मत करने और मानसून को देखते हुए नालों की सफाई एवं नियमित फॉगिंग कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में कृषि एवं उद्यान विभाग को वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए मशरूम उत्पादन और बागवानी को बढ़ावा देने हेतु ठोस कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा आईटीडीए, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, आपूर्ति, पशुपालन, मत्स्य, जेएसएलपीएस, शिक्षा एवं अन्य विभागों की भी समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों से टीम भावना के साथ कार्य करने का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि आपसी सहयोग और प्रभावी समन्वय के माध्यम से जिले के विकास कार्यों में तेजी लाई जा सकती है तथा समग्र रैंकिंग में सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जा सकता है।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, निदेशक डीआरडीए, सिविल सर्जन, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं विभिन्न विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता उपस्थित थे।
