गोमिया में अब कैमरों की कड़ी नजर, ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ते ही घर पहुंचेगा ई-चालान

गोमिया — गोमिया पोस्ट ऑफिस मोड़ पर यातायात व्यवस्था को अधिक सुरक्षित और अनुशासित बनाने के लिए लगाए गए हाई-रेजोल्यूशन सीसीटीवी कैमरे पूरी तरह सक्रिय हो गए हैं। अब इस मार्ग से गुजरने वाले प्रत्येक वाहन पर 24 घंटे नजर रखी जा रही है। यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले वाहन चालकों की तस्वीर कैमरे में रिकॉर्ड होते ही संबंधित वाहन का ऑनलाइन ई-चालान स्वतः जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
जिला परिवहन कार्यालय (डीटीओ) की निगरानी में संचालित इस अत्याधुनिक कैमरा प्रणाली के जरिए बिना हेलमेट बाइक चलाना, ट्रिपल राइडिंग, वाहन चलाते समय मोबाइल फोन का इस्तेमाल, चारपहिया वाहन में सीट बेल्ट नहीं लगाना, ओवरलोडिंग, निर्धारित गति सीमा से अधिक रफ्तार और अन्य यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की जा रही है। ई-चालान वाहन के पंजीकृत मालिक के मोबाइल नंबर और पते पर भेजा जाएगा।
सोमवार को पुलिस-प्रशासन ने नियम तोड़ने वाले कई वाहन चालकों की तस्वीरें सार्वजनिक कर लोगों को चेताया कि अब सड़क पर हर गतिविधि कैमरों की नजर में है। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि यातायात नियमों की अनदेखी करने वालों के खिलाफ किसी प्रकार की ढिलाई नहीं बरती जाएगी।
गोमिया थाना प्रभारी प्रफुल्ल महतो ने बताया कि पोस्ट ऑफिस मोड़ पर लगाए गए सभी हाई-रेजोल्यूशन कैमरों का संचालन जिला परिवहन कार्यालय द्वारा किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट केवल चालान से बचने का साधन नहीं, बल्कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में जीवन की सुरक्षा का सबसे प्रभावी उपाय हैं। सभी वाहन चालकों को स्वयं एवं दूसरों की सुरक्षा के लिए यातायात नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए।
ऑनलाइन ई-चालान व्यवस्था शुरू होने की जानकारी मिलते ही क्षेत्र में वाहन चालकों के बीच सतर्कता बढ़ गई है। कई दोपहिया चालक हेलमेट पहनकर निकलते दिखे, जबकि चारपहिया वाहन चालक भी सीट बेल्ट लगाने को लेकर गंभीर नजर आए। प्रशासन का मानना है कि आधुनिक निगरानी व्यवस्था से सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी आएगी, यातायात अधिक व्यवस्थित होगा और लोगों में सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ेगी।
