क्यों दहशत में हैं IAS बिरादरी? दागियों से प्रेम है, क्योंकि ये दाग अच्छे हैं…!

सत्ता के दलालों ने झारखंड को चरागाह बना डाला है. इसमें दलालों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है. पिछले एक महीने से चल रही ईडी की कार्रवाई से झारखंड में पहली बार ब्यूरोक्रेसी महकमे में तूफान के पहले की शांति है. खासकर सत्ता के दलाल प्रेम प्रकाश के पकड़े जाने के बाद आईएएस अफसरों के बीच यह दहशत है कि अब कहीं उनकी बारी न आ जाए. झारखंड के 5 सीनियर आईएएस अफसरों की तो कम से कम यही स्थिति है. ये सभी अफसर राजधानी में पोस्टेड हैं और सरकार की शोभा बढ़ाने में अपना योगदान दे रहे हैं.
आईएएस खेमे में सनसनी
ईडी से लगातार तीन दिन से चल रही पूछताछ के बाद प्रेम प्रकाश के कुछ ऐसे दस्तावेज हाथ लगे हैं, जिनसे आईएएस खेमे में सनसनी फैली गई. सूत्र बताते हैं कि प्रेम प्रकाश के पास से कुछ ऐसे अश्लील वीडियोज भी हाथ लगे हैं, जिसे अगर सार्वजनिक कर दिया जाए तो इन पांचों आईएएस अफसर कहीं मुंह दिखाने के लायक नहीं रहेंगे. अगर ऐसे अश्लील वीडियोज इनकी पत्नियां देख लें तो, घर में महाभारत छिड़ जाएगा. सूत्र बताते हैं कि सत्ता के गलियारे में अश्लील वीडियोज को लेकर ब्यूरोक्रेट्स के बीच यह चर्चा आम है कि प्रेम प्रकाश तो डूब ही रहा है, अब वो हम सबको भी लेकर डूब सकता है. इसकी चर्चा दिल्ली में भी हो रही है. बताया गया कि दिल्ली में जांच एजेंसियों की आंच से बचाने के लिए प्रभावशाली आईएएस लॉबी अपने प्रिय पात्रों को संरक्षण देने की फिराक में हैं. अब वे इसमें कितने सफल हो पाते हैं, यह कहना अभी मुश्किल है.
ब्यूरोक्रेट्स की प्रेम लीलाओं की चर्चा दिल्ली तक
सूत्र बताते हैं कि प्रेम प्रकाश के रंगमहल में सुरा-सुंदरियों के बीच खोए अफसरों के वीडियोज को अगर सार्वजनिक कर दिया जाए तो झारखंड की राजनीति में भूचाल आ जाएगा. क्योंकि अगर इन पांचों ब्यूरोक्रेट्स पर आंच आयी तो इसकी तपिश से सत्ता प्रतिष्ठान का माहौल भी गरमा जाएगा. हालांकि प्रेम प्रकाश का सत्ता प्रतिष्ठान से संबंध करीब 8 सालों से है. यानी पूर्व की रघुवर सरकार में पांच साल और हेमंत सरकार के ढाई साल के शासनकाल में प्रेम प्रकाश का वही रुतबा कायम रहा, जो पूर्व की सरकार में था. जाहिर है कि प्रेम प्रकाश की कारगुजारियों से सत्ता प्रतिष्ठान पूरी तरह से वाकिफ है. मतलब सत्ता चरित्र वही है, सिर्फ चेहरे बदल गए हैं. पर दलाल वही हैं जिसका सत्ता से अवांछित गठबंधन चला आ रहा है. अगर ऐसा नहीं है तो वर्तमान सरकार ने दलालों को छुट्टे सांड़ की तरह सत्ता के गलियारे में मौज-मस्ती के लिए क्यों छोड़ दिया? यानी काजल की कोठरी (सत्ता) में सभी दाग लगाए बैठे हैं. पर दागियों से प्रेम है क्योंकि ये दाग अच्छे हैं.
