पल्स डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर की करोड़ों की जमीन का एक रुपए में हुआ था एग्रीमेंट…!

रांची : भुईंहरी जमीन पर निर्मित पल्स अस्पताल की जमीन की जांच को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन का अभी तक कोई आधिकारिक बयान नहीं आया है, न ही रांची जिला प्रशासन को कोई कड़ा निर्देश जारी किया गया है. सरकार का रुख साफ नहीं होने से आदिवासी संगठनों में कुलबुलाहट है. ईडी अभी अपने स्तर से इस मामले की तहकीकात कर रहा है. जिला प्रशासन को जांच रिपोर्ट मिल जाने के बाद भी उसे सार्वजनिक नहीं करना, कई तरह के संदेह को जन्म दे रहा है. दूसरी तरफ पल्स अस्पताल के पास ही पल्स डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर को लेकर ईडी की छानबीन शुरू होने से झामुमो का एक कद्दावर नेता इन दिनों सकते में हैं. झामुमो के अंदरखाने खुसफुसाहट होने लगी है. दरअसल, ईडी की चल रही छापामारी से मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के काफी क्लोज रहनेवाले ब्यूरोक्रेट्स और उनके खास सिपहसालारों की बेचैनी बढ़ी हुई है.

बिनोद पाण्डेय का पूजा कनेक्शन…!

सूत्र बताते हैं कि पल्स डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर में निलंबित आईएएस और जेल में बंद पूजा सिंघल का पैसा लगा हुआ है और ये पैसा मनरेगा घपले की कमाई का है. इस एंगल से ईडी जांच कर रहा है, पर पल्स डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर की जमीन किसकी है? किसने किसको बेची? और किसने खरीदी? ईडी को इसकी जांच करनी चाहिए, तब जांच का दायरा जेएमएम कार्यालय तक पहुंच सकता है. सूत्र बताते हैं कि यह जमीन कोलकाता के किसी बंगाली परिवार का है, जिसे जेएमएम के वरिष्ठ नेता बिनोद पाण्डेय से मात्र एक रुपए में एग्रीमेंट हुआ था. किसके नाम से डीड है. जमीन का सौदा कैसे और किसके साथ, किस रूप में हुआ, इसकी जानकारी बड़गाई अंचल कार्यालय और रजिस्ट्री आफिस से पता किया जा सकता है. बताया गया कि इस जमीन को खरीदने के लिए जेल में बंद बाहुबली अनिल शर्मा ने भी कोशिश की थी. लेकिन जमीन मिली बिनोद पाण्डेय को. बताया गया कि बिल्डर विमल कुमार उर्फ मिट्ठू पाण्डेय, बबलू पाण्डेय (मनोज पाण्डेय) और बिनोद पाण्डेय की इसमें हिस्सेदारी है. इसमें किसकी कितनी हिस्सेदारी है, यह जांच होने पर पता चल पाएगा. ईडी अगर इसकी गहन जांच करेगा तो, जमीन की हकीकत का पता चल पाएगा, क्योंकि इसी बिल्डिंग में पूजा सिंघल का पल्स डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर है.

ईडी बिल्डर से कर चुका है पूछताछ

बता दें कि ईडी ने पूजा सिंघल मनी लाउड्रिंग प्रकरण में पिछले दिन नगर निगम के दो इंजीनियरों और एक बिल्डर से पूछताछ हुई थी. नगर निगम की टाउन प्लानिंग शाखा के जूनियर इंजीनियर सुनील श्रीवास्तव और विवेक कुमार, बिल्डर विमल कुमार उर्फ मिट्ठू पाण्डेय और निगम के अधिकारियों से पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक सेंटर और पल्स अस्पताल के बारे में पूछताछ की थी. पूछताछ के बाद बिल्डर ने मीडिया को बताया था कि पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक सेंटर जिस बिल्डिंग में स्थित है, उसको उन्होंने ही बनाया है. ईडी ने उनसे इसी बिल्डिंग में स्थित पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक को बेचे गए हिस्से से संबंधित सवाल पूछे थे. इसकी खरीद-बिक्री से संबंधित दस्तावेज में इसकी कीमत का उल्लेख किया गया है. दस्तावेज में जितनी राशि का उल्लेख है, उतने में ही एक फ्लोर पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक को बेचा गया है.

बिनोद पाण्डेय का नाम शेल कंपनियों की लिस्ट में शामिल

बताया जाता है कि पूजा सिंघल और बिनोद पाण्डेय का 2009-10 से ही व्यावसायिक कनेक्शन हैं. जब पूजा सिंघल खूंटी में डीसी थीं, तभी पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक सेंटर वाली बिल्डिंग का निर्माण शुरू हुआ था. सूत्र बताते हैं कि बिनोद पाण्डेय का हावड़ा (कोलकाता) में जो होटल बना है, उसमें भी पूजा सिंघल का पैसा लगा हुआ है. इसके अलावा बिनोद पांडेय का रांची के कई इलाकों में अपार्टमेंट है. उसके कुछ व्यवसाय में फाइनेंसर की भूमिका में पूजा सिंघल का भी नाम लिया जाता है. जेएमएम के वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ताओं में यह चर्चा जोरों पर है बिनोद पाण्डेय आज अगर फर्श से अर्श तक पहुंचा है तो, इसके पीछे पार्टी के रसूख का ही कमाल है. वैसे खबर है कि झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में शिव शंकर शर्मा द्वारा दायर याचिका में शेल कंपनियों के मामले में भी बिनोद पाण्डेय के नाम का जिक्र है. पार्टी सूत्रों का कहना है कि पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक सेंटर का बिल्डर किसी जमाने में जेएमएम कार्यालय के रंग-रोगन का ठेका लिया करता था. बहरहाल, ईडी अगर पल्स डॉयग्नोस्टिक सेंटर की जमीन से जुड़े तथ्यों को खंगालने का काम करे तो और भी कई मामलों का खुलासा हो सकता है.
