आगमी लोकसभा चुनाव के तैयारियों के निमित्त उपायुक्त ने भरनो प्रखंड सभागार में की भरनो एवं सिसई प्रखंड की समीक्षात्मक बैठक

गुमला: आगामी लोकसभा (आम) चुनाव 2024 के निमित्त आज सोमवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यर्थी की अध्यक्षता में भरनो प्रखंड कार्यालय सभागार में भरनो एवं सिसई अंर्तगत चुनावी तैयारियों से संबंधित विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

उपायुक्त द्वारा दोनो प्रखंडों अंतर्गत सभी मतदान केंद्रों में पानी, बिजली, पहुंच पथ,फर्नीचर,रैंप,शौचालय, आदि जैसे प्राथमिक सुविधाओं से संबंधित जानकारी ली गई। इस दौरान उन्होंने जेंडर रेश्यो, थर्ड जेंडर की संख्या आदि की भी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने सभी बूथों के रूट मैपिंग, पोलिंग पार्टी के ठहरने की व्यवस्था, परिवहन व्यवस्था,पीडब्ल्यूडी वोटर्स एवं पीवीटीजी वोटर्स के लिए सुविधा से संबंधित अद्यतन तैयारियों की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने मतदाता सूची का पुनः एक बार मिलान करते हुए सूची में आवश्यक संशोधन करने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान बैठक में मतदान केंद्रों में आवश्यक विधि व्यवस्था से संबंधित तैयारियों के विषय में भी चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने सभी सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट को अपने अपने मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण करते हुए वहा की प्राथमिक सुविधाओं की जांच करने को कहा।

उपायुक्त ने जिन बूथों में पानी बिजली की सुविधा नहीं है वहां तत्काल पानी एवं बिजली की व्यवस्था करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। वहीं उन्होंने मतदान केंद्र के भवन की स्थिति से संबंधित भी जानकारी ली। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को अपने अपने मतदान केंद्र का निरीक्षण करते हुए मतदान केंद्रों की स्थिति का जांच करने का निर्देश दिया। जर्जर पड़े भवनों के मरम्मती कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। मतदान दिवस के दिन सुदूरवर्ती इलाकों में मतदाताओं की सुविधा हेतु वाहनों की व्यवस्था करने की बात कही। साथ ही सिसई के लिए महिला कर्मियों के बूथों की संख्या बढ़ाने की भी बात कही।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि जिले के 85 वर्ष से अधिक के वृद्ध मतदाताओं, दिव्यांगों एवं पीडब्ल्यूडी के असमर्थ मतदाताओं के लिए चुनाव आयोग द्वारा जारी किए गए नए गाइडलाइन अनुसार उनके लिए घर से वोट कराने की भी सुविधा होगी, जिसमें वैसे मतदाता जो शारीरिक अक्षमता के कारण मतदान केंद्र में नहीं जा सकते उन्हें भी अपने लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार का उपयोग करने का अवसर मिल सके । उन्होंने कहा कि वैसे मतदाताओं के लिए डोर टू डोर पोस्टल बैलेट के माध्यम से गोपनीयता बरतते हुए मतदान का आयोजन करवाया जाएगा। उक्त सुविधा के लिए मतदाताओं को फॉर्म 12डी भर कर जमा करवाना होगा। इसके अलावा उपायुक्त द्वारा यूनिक बूथों के निर्माण, कर्मियों की पोस्टिंग, जन जागरूकता आदि जैसे मुख्य बिंदुओं के संबंध में भी चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया ।

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को मतदान कर्मियों एवं उनके परिवहन का आंकलन करते हुए पुनः रिपोर्ट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अतिरिक्त बैठक में मॉक पोल एवं मतदान के समय से संबंधित भी जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने एमसीसी वायलेंस एवं शैडो एरिया से संबंधित भी जानकारी ली।इसके अलावा उपायुक्त द्वारा अन्य कई बिंदुओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।
