She was admitted to LNJP’s emergency intensive care unit. The party posted on X, the former name for Twitter, saying, “We pray for her quick recovery.”

After some time, the minister was in the intensive care unit (ICU), but her health remained stable, according to Dr. Suresh Kumar, the hospital’s medical director. Kumar went on to say that Atishi had been offered hospitalisation on Tuesday night, but she had turned it down.

Her blood sugar levels dropped, and ketones were found in her blood. She was admitted around midnight since her condition was getting worse and she felt sleepy. She is in the ICU and stable right now. The physician stated, “Her blood tests are being performed.”

Due to the intense heat, Delhi’s citizens have been experiencing a severe water scarcity.
temperatures.

According to the minister, Delhi’s water requirement is 1,005 million Gallons per Day (MGD), of which 613 MGD comes from neighbouring Haryana. However, she said that Haryana has only been sending 513 MGD of water. “1 MGD of water can serve 28,500 people, so if Haryana is sending 1000 MGD less water to Delhi, this is ultimately affecting around 28 lakh people,” Atishi said.
