Consumer Forum has issued a notice to Mahavir Medica Hospital of Ranchi. The notice has been issued in the context of the complaint by Supreme Court advocate Anil Kumar Sahu. According to the news received, the Forum has set the date of July 31 to present its arguments to the Medica Hospital management. In his complaint, Sahu has accused the hospital management of negligence. Said that there was medical negligence in the treatment of his 14 year old son. Let us tell you that he had also sent a legal notice to the hospital management last year.
Advocate Sahu had alleged that there was negligence on the part of the hospital management and Dr. Anjana Gandhi in the treatment of his son. Due to wrong medicine being given, his son had to undergo three operations. Due to this, the patient has suffered immense physical pain and the family has suffered mental and financial loss. In the notice issued by the Forum, a demand has been made to take accountability for medical negligence and compensation. Anil Kumar Sahu has appealed for legal action and compensation against the hospital management and Dr. Anjana Gandhi in the Consumer Forum.
