बंगाल के आलू की आवक कम होने से कीमतों में चार-पांच रुपये तक की बढ़ोतरी, पर गिरिडीह में लोकल आलू आने से बंगाल के आलू की मांग घटी

गिरिडीह : पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार द्वारा आलू के अंन्तरराजीय निर्यात पर रोक लगाए जाने से इन दिनों आलू पर सियासत हो रही है। हालांकि मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के संज्ञान में आने के बाद झारखंड सरकार की ओर से तत्काल इस दिशा में आवश्यक कदम उठाये गये हैं।

इस बीच गिरिडीह, धनवार व सरिया मंडी में भी इसका असर पड़ा है। बंगाल के आलू की आवक कम होने से नैनीताल आलू के  खुदरा कीमतों में चार से पांच रुपये तक बढ़ोतरी हुई है।

इस बीच बिहार एवं उत्तर प्रदेश से आलू बड़े पैमाने पर जिले की मंडियों में पहुंचने लगे हैं। जिसके कारण आलू की तंगी नही है। मंडियों में भी बंगाल के आलू की जगह लोग यूपी-बिहार के आलू ले रहे हैं.

दूसरी तरफ हजारीबाग जिले के झुमरा और गिरिडीह जिले के गाण्डेय-बेंगाबाद से भी नया आलू आने लगा है। हालांकि नये आलू की कीमत पुराने आलू से कुछ ज्यादा हैं लेकिन लोग नये आलू का स्वाद पसंद करते हैं।

गिरिडीह में बंगाल के आलू की खपत ज्यादा

जिला मुख्यालय मंडी में आलू-प्याज के थोक विक्रेताओं का कहना है कि पश्चिम  बंगाल के आलू की खपत गिरिडीह में बहुतायत है। बंगाल सीमा पर सरकार द्वारा आलू रोके जाने के बाद नैनीताल आलू की तंगी हुई है।

चोरी-छिपे कुछ ट्रक आ भी  रहे हैं। लेकिन उत्तर प्रदेश से आलू ज्यादा मात्रा में आने लगे हैं और हजारीबाग और गिरिडीह के लोकल नये आलू के आने से बंगाल के आलू की मांग कम हो गयी है।

होटलों में व समोसों में नैनीताल आलू खपाये जाते हैं। थोक विक्रेता कहते हैं कि यूपी के एवं लोकल किसानों के आलू की वजह से बाजार में सामान्य तौर पर आलू उपलब्ध है और अभी मार्च तक लोकल आलू की आवक रहेगी, इसलिए चिंता की कोई बात नहीं है।
