नशे से दूर रहें, खेल-कूद और शिक्षा को अपनाएं – गुमला में जागरूकता अभियान में जस्टिस का संदेश
हम सबका एक ही नारा, नशा मुक्त हो देश हमारा – गुमला कार्यों उरांव कॉलेज में सैकड़ों विद्यार्थियों ने लिया संकल्प
गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित कार्तिक उरांव कॉलेज में आज एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें न्यायिक जागरूकता एवं संवेदनशीलता कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत नशीले पदार्थों के दुरुपयोग एवं रोकथाम पर चर्चा की गई। यह कार्यक्रम सिविल कोर्ट गुमला द्वारा जिला प्रशासन गुमला के सहयोग से आयोजित किया गया जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राओं, शिक्षकों, प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों एवं कानूनविदों ने भाग लिया।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश एवं प्रशासनिक न्यायाधीश गुमला जस्टिस गौतम कुमार चौधरी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र, उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी, गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह एवं मस्तिष्क विशेषज्ञ तथा काउंसलर डॉ सारिब अहमद मौजूद रहे।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ सभी अतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया जिसके पश्चात अतिथियों ने उपस्थित छात्र-छात्राओं एवं शिक्षकों को संबोधित किया।
मुख्य अतिथि जस्टिस गौतम कुमार चौधरी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि जो व्यक्ति सही और गलत का भेद नहीं कर सकता वह अज्ञानता के अंधकार में जी रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नशा समाज के लिए सबसे घातक बुराई है , जो युवा पीढ़ी को अपने चंगुल में फंसाकर उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य को अंधकारमय बना देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि न्यायिक व्यवस्था केवल अपराधों को दंडित करने तक सीमित नहीं है बल्कि समाज को जागरूक कर अपराधों को रोकना भी हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने खेल-कूद एवं रचनात्मक गतिविधियों में युवाओं की भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देने पर बल दिया जिससे उनकी ऊर्जा का सही दिशा में उपयोग हो सके।
उन्होंने प्रसिद्ध अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि प्रतिभाशाली छात्र एवं युवा जब गलत संगति में पड़ जाते हैं तो उनका पूरा जीवन नष्ट हो सकता है। उन्होंने नारकोटिक्स ड्रग्स एंड साइकोट्रोपिक सब्सटेंस (NDPS) एक्ट के प्रावधानों की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि नशे से जुड़े अपराधों पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाती है। उन्होंने सभी विद्यार्थियों से आह्वान किया कि वे स्वयं को नशे से दूर रखें और अपने परिवार एवं समाज को भी जागरूक करें।
जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि नशा केवल व्यक्ति को ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे परिवार को बर्बाद कर देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि नशा व्यक्ति के मस्तिष्क में रासायनिक परिवर्तन करता है जिससे उसकी सोचने-समझने की क्षमता नष्ट हो जाती है और वह अपने कार्यों पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख पाता। उन्होंने कहा कि छोटे-छोटे कारणों पर गुस्सा आना, हिंसा करना एवं आपराधिक गतिविधियों में संलिप्त होना नशे के दुष्परिणाम हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को सचेत करते हुए कहा कि यदि समय रहते नशे से दूरी नहीं बनाई गई तो यह व्यक्ति, परिवार और समाज के विनाश का कारण बन सकता है।
गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अपने संबोधन में गुमला जिले के ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक महत्व को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने बताया कि गुमला जिले में पुस्तकालयों एवं शैक्षणिक संसाधनों को बढ़ाने पर प्रशासन निरंतर कार्य कर रहा है जिससे युवाओं को पढ़ाई के प्रति प्रेरित किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि गुमला जिला नशामुक्ति अभियान को प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने के लिए कृतसंकल्पित है और इस दिशा में प्रशासन लगातार कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने जिले में शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के आसपास नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की दिशा में उठाए गए कदमों की जानकारी दी।
उन्होंने बताया कि गुमला पहला जिला है जिसे दूसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन नशामुक्ति अभियान को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास कर रहा है और इसमें समाज के सभी वर्गों की भागीदारी आवश्यक है।
मस्तिष्क विशेषज्ञ एवं काउंसलर डॉ सारिब अहमद ने नशे से होने वाले मानसिक, शारीरिक एवं सामाजिक दुष्परिणामों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि नशा व्यक्ति को पूरी तरह से मानसिक एवं शारीरिक रूप से अस्वस्थ बना देता है और उसकी निर्णय लेने की क्षमता को समाप्त कर देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो व्यक्ति नशे की लत में फंस जाता है उसके लिए इससे बाहर आना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को नशे से दूर रहने की सलाह देते हुए कहा कि समय सबसे अनमोल चीज है और नशा केवल समय और स्वास्थ्य की बर्बादी करता है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग द्वारा नुक्कड़ नाटक का भी आयोजन किया गया जिसमें नशे से होने वाली समस्याओं पर प्रभावी संदेश दिया गया। इस प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को यह संदेश दिया गया कि नशा जीवन को विनाश की ओर ले जाता है और इससे दूर रहना ही सबसे बड़ा समाधान है।
कार्यक्रम के समापन के अवसर पर पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन करते हुए कहा कि गुमला जिले में नशे के विरुद्ध लगातार कड़ी कार्रवाई की जा रही है और प्रशासन नशा मुक्त समाज बनाने के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि देशी शराब एवं अन्य नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री और सेवन को रोकने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से अपील की कि वे अपने जीवन को शिक्षा, खेल एवं रचनात्मक गतिविधियों की ओर अग्रसर करें और नशे जैसी बुराई से खुद को एवं समाज को बचाएं।
