झारखंड में शिक्षकों के लिए होगी वार्षिक आंकलन परीक्षा, अप्रैल में TNA के तहत होगी पहली परीक्षा

झारखंड सरकार के स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग द्वारा राज्य के सभी सरकारी शिक्षकों के पेशेवर विकास हेतु 24 से 28 अप्रैल 2025 के बीच “टीचर्स नीड असेसमेंट (TNA)” परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाएगा। यह परीक्षा राज्य के सभी प्रखंडों में आयोजित की जाएगी और कक्षा 1 से 12 तक के शिक्षकों की भागीदारी अनिवार्य होगी। इसका उद्देश्य शिक्षकों की शैक्षणिक दक्षता का मूल्यांकन कर, उन्हें आवश्यकतानुसार प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना है।

झारखंड में शिक्षकों के पेशेवर विकास को मजबूती देने हेतु स्कूली शिक्षा विभाग ने एक बड़ी पहल की है। टीचर्स नीड असेसमेंट (TNA) के तहत अप्रैल माह में पहली आंकलन परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी, जो भविष्य में प्रत्येक वर्ष दो बार (अप्रैल एवं अक्टूबर) आयोजित की जाएगी।

इस परीक्षा के परिणामों के आधार पर JCERT (झारखंड काउंसिल ऑफ एजुकेशनल रिसर्च एंड ट्रेनिंग) द्वारा शिक्षकों के लिए व्यक्तिगत प्रशिक्षण मॉडल तैयार किया जाएगा। इससे शिक्षक अपने विषय ज्ञान, शिक्षण कौशल और विद्यार्थियों के प्रति समझ को और बेहतर बना सकेंगे।

प्रशासनिक बयान:

विभागीय सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह ने बताया कि यह पहल राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 की सिफारिशों के अनुरूप है, जिसमें शिक्षकों के सतत क्षमता विकास पर बल दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह आंकलन किसी दंडात्मक दृष्टिकोण से नहीं बल्कि शिक्षकों की बेहतरी और उनकी प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं को समझने के लिए किया जा रहा है।

शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने भी आश्वस्त किया कि यह परीक्षा केवल प्रोफेशनल ग्रोथ के लिए है, जिससे शिक्षकों को अपनी शिक्षण प्रोफ़ाइल को और मजबूत करने में मदद मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा, “शिक्षकों को इस प्रक्रिया से घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है, यह उनके और छात्रों दोनों के हित में है।”

पंजीकरण और आयोजन प्रक्रिया:

• पंजीकरण 14 अप्रैल 2025 से शुरू होगा

• शिक्षकों को परिषद द्वारा जारी एप्लीकेशन पोर्टल के माध्यम से पंजीकरण कराना होगा

• परीक्षा ऑनलाइन माध्यम से आयोजित की जाएगी

• शिक्षकों को परीक्षा के बाद स्कोर रिपोर्ट और विश्लेषण ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी

• शिक्षक उसी पोर्टल से डिजिटल कंटेंट लेकर अगली परीक्षा की तैयारी भी कर सकेंगे

प्रखंड स्तर पर टीम गठन और सुविधाएं:

TNA के सफल आयोजन हेतु प्रत्येक प्रखंड में 10 सदस्यीय टीम बनाई जाएगी जिसमें BPO, MIS समन्वयक, BRP, CRP आदि होंगे। 15 अप्रैल को इन टीमों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। आंकलन परीक्षा चयनित विद्यालयों में आयोजित होगी जहाँ बिजली, इंटरनेट, साफ-सफाई, पीने का पानी और शौचालय की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
