10 मई को आयोजित होगी नेशनल लोक अदालत: हजारीबाग सिविल कोर्ट में हुई तैयारियों की समीक्षा

हजारीबाग | 23 अप्रैल 2025 — झारखंड विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार 10 मई को होने वाली नेशनल लोक अदालत की तैयारियों को लेकर बुधवार को हजारीबाग सिविल कोर्ट परिसर में एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश रंजीत कुमार ने की, जिसमें प्रशासन और संबंधित विभागों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।

समीक्षा बैठक में बनी रणनीति, अधिकतम मामलों के समाधान का लक्ष्य

इस बैठक में जिला उपायुक्त नैंसी सहाय, विभिन्न प्रखंडों के अंचल पदाधिकारी, वन विभाग और अन्य विभागों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे। बैठक का उद्देश्य था—10 मई को लगने वाली नेशनल लोक अदालत को सफल और प्रभावशाली बनाना।

प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश रंजीत कुमार ने जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव गौरव खुराना को विशेष निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि पक्षकारों की सुविधा और अधिकतम मामलों के निष्पादन पर प्राथमिकता दी जाए। न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को सुगम बनाने के लिए सभी जरूरी तैयारियां समय रहते पूरी की जाएं।

इन मामलों का होगा निपटारा: आपसी सहमति होगी आधार

बैठक के बाद जानकारी देते हुए सचिव गौरव खुराना ने बताया कि लोक अदालत के लिए पक्षकारों को नोटिस भेजने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। इस लोक अदालत में निम्नलिखित प्रकार के मामलों का समाधान आपसी सहमति के आधार पर किया जाएगा:

• सुलहनीय आपराधिक मामले

• श्रम से संबंधित विवाद

• सिविल प्रकृति के मामले

• बिजली, बैंकिंग और माप-तौल विवाद

• चेक बाउंस केस

• वन और उत्पाद विभाग से जुड़े मामले

• मोटर दुर्घटना मुआवजा मामले

• पारिवारिक विवाद

उन्होंने कहा कि लोक अदालत विवादों के त्वरित, सुलभ और कम लागत वाले समाधान के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच है।

जनसहभागिता की अपील

गौरव खुराना ने हजारीबाग बार संघ, पक्षकारों और संबंधित विभागों से अधिकतम भागीदारी की अपील की है। उन्होंने कहा, “इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य न्याय को आमजन तक सरलता से पहुंचाना है, अतः सभी संबंधित पक्षों से अपेक्षा है कि वे लोक अदालत में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाएं।”
