गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में संचालित शिक्षा कर भेंट गतिविधि के अंतर्गत “प्रोजेक्ट अजीत- प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर” मॉडल के तहत एंप्लॉई ऑफ द मंथ अवार्ड की घोषणा की गई है । झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला द्वारा विद्यालय तथा शिक्षकों के समन्वय में निचले स्तर पर अच्छा कार्य कर रहे संकुल साधन सेवियों एवं अन्य कर्मियों के सम्मान के उद्देश्य से एंप्लॉई ऑफ द मंथ अवार्ड अंतर्गत मई 2025 के लिए तीन संकुल साधन सेवियों को प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मान हेतु चयनित किया गया है।

शिक्षा कर भेंट गतिविधि के सहायक नोडल पदाधिकारी दिलदार सिंह द्वारा बताया गया कि उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के मार्गदर्शन में शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता के उद्देश्य से शिक्षकों एवं अन्य कर्मियों के प्रोत्साहन हेतु निरंतर कार्य किए जा रहे हैं । इस अवसर पर एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो द्वारा बताया गया कि जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंड से एक एक शिक्षकों के चयन कर टीचर ऑफ द मंथ अवार्ड से सम्मानित करने के बाद प्रोजेक्ट अजीत के तहत एंप्लॉई ऑफ द मंथ की घोषणा करते हुए तीन सीआरपी चयनित हुए हैं ।
जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो द्वारा कहा गया कि उपायुक्त की प्रेरणा अनुरूप झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला द्वारा बेहतर कार्य करने वाले शिक्षकों एवं कर्मियों को प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से लगातार प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मानित किया जा रहा है । जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां के द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि इस महीने के अंतिम दिन प्रखंड स्तर पर बीईओ एवं बीपीओ के नेतृत्व में सबसे बेहतर कार्य करने वाले प्रखंड का चयन करते हुए पूरी टीम को उपायुक्त द्वारा टीम ऑफ द मंथ अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया जाएगा ।
उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा बताया गया कि कर्मचारियों को सम्मानित करने से उनका मनोबल बढ़ता है, जिससे उनके काम में अधिक रुचि लेने की संभावना बढ़ती है । जब कर्मचारी प्रेरित होते हैं, तो वे अपने विभाग को नई चीजें करने और प्रतिस्पर्धा में आगे रहने में मदद कर सकते हैं । उपायुक्त द्वारा यह भी कहा गया कि कर्मचारियों के सम्मान से उनके मनोबल में सुधार और कार्यों के साथ अधिक जुड़ाव सहित संबंधित विभाग की पूरी कार्य संस्कृति में भी सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है । यह कर्मचारियों को प्रेरित करने, उनके आत्म – सम्मान को बढ़ाने और उन्हें उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने में भी मदद करता है।
