अमर बाउरी ने अबुआ आवास योजना को लेकर सीएम से श्वेत पत्र जारी करने की मांग की

सरकार बताए…चार साल में बीस लाख लोगों को इस योजना का लाभ मिलना था…वित्तीय वर्ष 2023 में कितने जिलों में कितने आवासों की स्वीकृति दी गई? 2024-2025 में राज्य में कितने आवास निर्माण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है?

रांची : नेता प्रतिपक्ष अमर कुमार बाउरी ने अबुआ आवास योजना’ को लेकर सीएम हेमंत सोरेन को निशाने पर लेते हुए कहा कि बड़ी आबादी के बीच आम धारणा है कि इस सरकारी अधिकारियों और बाबुओं की मर्जी चल रही है. उन्होंने अबुआ आवास योजना को लेकर सरकार से एक श्वेत पत्र जारी करने की मांग की है. उन्होंने कहा कि 2019 के विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान सीएम ने राज्य के गरीबों और जरूरतमंदों से वादे किए थे कि तीन कमरों वाला सुविधायुक्त पक्का मकान देंगे. साढ़े चार साल बीत जाने के बावजूद इस योजना पर ग्रहण लगा हुआ है. सीएम ने 23 जनवरी को खूंटी जिले के तोरपा से इस योजना की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा था कि यह पहला ऐसा ऐतिहासिक अवसर है, जब झारखण्ड सरकार अपने दम पर अपने राज्य के बीस लाख लोगों को सम्मानजनक जिंदगी जीने के लिए तीन कमरों का आवास देने जा रही है. बाद में अलग-अलग जगहों पर बड़े-बड़े सरकारी समारोह कर और प्रचार- प्रसार में बताया गया है कि चार साल में बीस लाख लोगों को इस योजना का लाभ मिलेगा.

‘लाभुकों के चयन से लेकर स्वीकृति, राशि आवंटन आदि प्रक्रियाओं को लेकर भी सवाल उठते रहे हैं’

नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि अबुआ आवास योजना के लाभुकों के चयन से लेकर स्वीकृति, राशि आवंटन आदि प्रक्रियाओं को लेकर सवाल भी उठते रहे हैं. पंचायत के प्रतिनिधियों की भी ढेर सारी शिकायतें मिल रही हैं. इस संबंध में लगातार अधिकारियों को ज्ञापन देकर गड़बड़ी रोकने की मांग की जाती रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि इसमें यह जानकारी दी जाए कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2023 में राज्य के किन जिलों और वहां के प्रखंडों में कितने आवास की स्वीकृति दी गई है. लाभुकों के खाते में किस्तवार कितनी राशि भेजी गई है. और अब तक कितने आवास पर निर्माण का कार्य शुरू हुआ है. लाभुकों के चयन को लेकर मानदंड क्या हैं इसे भी सार्वजनिक किया जाना चाहिए. इसी तरह वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-2025 में अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत राज्य में कितने आवास निर्माण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है. इस वित्तीय वर्ष के चार महीने बीत चुके हैं. अब तक किन जिलों में कितने लाभुकों के नाम योजना की स्वीकृति दी गई है. और कितनी राशि उनके खाते में ट्रांसफर की गई है. सरकार इसकी जानकारी एक श्वेत पत्र जारी कर बताए ताकि राज्य के लोगों को पता चले कि सरकार इस योजना को लेकर गंभीर है.
