‘गोगो दीदी योजना’ पर सूबे में राजनीति गरमायी, सीएम हुए सख्त, सभी जिलों के डीसी को एक्शन लेने का आदेश

रांची : झारखंड भाजपा की ओर से ‘गोगो दीदी योजना’ के फार्म भरवाये जाने के मामले में सत्तापक्ष-विपक्ष आमने-सामने हैं. इस मामले में सीएम हेमंत सोरेन सख्त रवैया अपनाए हुए हैं. सीएम के इस आदेश से झारखंड की राजनीति गरमा गयी है. ‘सीएम ने सोमवार को अपने आधिकारिक ‘एक्स’ हैंडल पर पोस्ट जारी कर राज्य के सभी उपायुक्तों को चुनाव आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करने का आदेश दिया है. कहा है कि नियम सख्ती से लागू हों और दोषियों पर मुकदमा दर्ज करें. इसके बाद उपायुक्तों ने इस दिशा में कार्रवाई भी शुरू कर दी है. सीएम की इस कार्रवाई से भाजपाई गुस्से में हैं. गोगो दीदी योजना’ के तहत महिलाओं को 2100 रुपये देने के वादे के साथ भाजपा फॉर्म भरवाने के लिए अड़ी हुई है. झामुमो कार्यकर्ताओं की शिकायत पर सीएम ने सभी उपायुक्तों को फार्म भरवाने के मामले में संज्ञान में लेने का निर्देश दिया है.

गिरिडीह में जिला प्रशासन ने जारी की सूचना

इस बीच गिरिडीह जिला प्रशासन ने आम सूचना जारी कर कहा है कि जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से सूचनाएं मिल रही हैं कि कुछ लोग ‘गोगो दीदी योजना’ के नाम से 2100 रुपये प्रति महिला को लाभ देने के लिए फॉर्म भरवा रहे हैं. लोगों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वर्तमान में सामाजिक सुरक्षा के तहत जिले में ‘गोगो दीदी योजना’ के नाम से कोई भी योजना संचालित नहीं है और न ही प्रशासन द्वारा कोई फॉर्म जारी किया गया है. आमलोगों से अनुरोध है कि ऐसे भ्रामक विज्ञापन से सावधान रहें. वहीं, झामुमो कार्यकर्ताओं ने भाजपा की ओर से ‘गोगो दीदी योजना’ का फॉर्म भरवाये जाने की शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री से की है. आरोप लगाया है कि भाजपा लगातार नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ा रही है और चुनाव आयोग सो रहा है. भाजपा को नियम तोड़ने की विशेष छूट है क्या? चुनाव आयोग कहता है कि किसी भी तरह का फॉर्म नहीं भरवाया जा सकता है.

बाबूलाल-हिमंता फार्म भरवाने के लिए अडिग

सभी उपायुक्तों को दिये गये आदेश को लेकर भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी ने पलटवार करते हुए कल से कह रहे हैं कि ‘चुनाव आदर्श आचार संहिता’ लागू होने से पहले मुख्यमंत्री का ऐसा निर्देश समझ से परे है. ऐसा लगता है, उनमें संवैधानिक ज्ञान का अभाव है. उन्होंने खुद भी स्वयं आपलोगों के साथ मिलकर, माताओं-बहनों के बीच जाकर फॉर्म भरवाने काम करने पर जोर दिया है. इसके अलावा राज्य सरकार के आदेश पर असम के मुख्यमंत्री और भाजपा चुनाव सह प्रभारी हिमंता विस्व सरमा ने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग की ‘आदर्श आचार संहिता’ चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभाव में आती है. तब तक हर राजनीतिक दल को अपने कार्यक्रम संचालित करने का अधिकार है. अभी हमारी गतिविधियों में राज्य सरकार की ओर से किसी भी प्रकार का हस्तक्षेप अवैध माना जायेगा. अब भाजपा के बड़े नेता इस मामले में आगे बढ़ते हैं तो, कानूनन एक्शन लेने के लिए राज्य के सभी जिले के उपायुक्त मजबूर होंगे.
