हिंडाल्को कंपनी के शोषण पर नाराज ग्रामीणों ने की बैठक, जन संघर्ष समिति का गठन

गुमला जिले में हिंडाल्को कंपनी के शोषण के खिलाफ ग्रामीणों ने शनिवार को आदर मलगो गेस्ट हाउस में बैठक कर अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की। शिवकुमार भगत की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस बैठक में माइनिंग क्षेत्र के निवासियों ने कंपनी की नीतियों के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई और जनहित में कई मांगें रखीं। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से यह निर्णय लिया गया कि यदि कंपनी ने अपनी शोषणकारी नीतियां नहीं बदलीं, तो ग्रामीण उग्र आंदोलन करेंगे।

ग्रामीणों की प्रमुख मांगें: जनहित पर जोर

बैठक में हिंडाल्को कंपनी से निम्नलिखित मांगें रखी गईं:

1. नौकरी और रोजगार:

• माइनिंग प्रभावित जमीन मालिकों और उनके आश्रितों को योग्यता के आधार पर नौकरी देने की मांग।
• स्थानीय युवाओं के लिए रोजगार सृजन और उन्हें कंपनी में अवसर प्रदान करना।
• कंपनी द्वारा नर्सिंग ट्रेनिंग और कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम चलाने की मांग।
  

  2. शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य:

  • माइनिंग क्षेत्र में स्कूलों का निर्माण और बच्चों के लिए बेहतर शिक्षा व्यवस्था।
  • स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने के लिए एक सुव्यवस्थित अस्पताल का निर्माण।

  3. स्थानीय भागीदारी:

  • माइनिंग कार्य और ट्रांसपोर्टिंग में स्थानीय निवासियों और गाड़ी मालिकों को प्राथमिकता देना।
  • स्थानीय युवाओं को कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कार्यों में शामिल करना।
    

    हिंडाल्को के खिलाफ नाराजगी के कारण

    1. क्षेत्रीय संसाधनों का शोषण:

    ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि हिंडाल्को कंपनी दशकों से माइनिंग क्षेत्र से लाल सोना (बॉक्साइट) निकालकर इसे अन्य स्थानों पर प्रोसेसिंग के लिए भेज रही है।

    • इस प्रक्रिया में स्थानीय लोगों को कोई लाभ नहीं दिया गया।
    • कंपनी ने संसाधनों के दोहन के बावजूद स्थानीय विकास के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए।

    2. रोजगार के अवसरों की कमी:

    • माइनिंग प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के निवासियों को रोजगार देने के बजाय बाहरी लोगों को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है।
    • युवाओं के कौशल विकास और स्थायी नौकरी के वादे अब तक पूरे नहीं किए गए।

    3. बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अभाव:

    • ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया कि कंपनी ने स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास की अनदेखी की है।
    • प्रभावित क्षेत्र के लोग अब भी मूलभूत सुविधाओं के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।
      

      जन संघर्ष समिति का गठन

      बैठक के दौरान ऑल बॉक्साइट माइन्स जन अधिकार संघर्ष समिति गुमला नामक एक समिति का गठन किया गया।

      • यह समिति हिंडाल्को कंपनी की नीतियों के खिलाफ ग्रामीणों की आवाज को मजबूत करेगी।
      • समिति का उद्देश्य माइनिंग क्षेत्र के निवासियों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करना और उनकी मांगों को पूरा कराना है।
      • समिति ने कंपनी के खिलाफ आंदोलन की रूपरेखा तैयार करना भी शुरू कर दिया है।
        

        समिति की प्राथमिकताएं:

        1. ग्रामीणों की मांगों को कंपनी के समक्ष रखना।
        2. शोषण के खिलाफ न्यायसंगत समाधान प्राप्त करना।
        3. जरूरत पड़ने पर आंदोलन को व्यापक स्तर पर ले जाना।
           

           ग्रामीणों का आक्रोश और आंदोलन की चेतावनी

           ग्रामीणों ने हिंडाल्को कंपनी को चेतावनी दी है कि यदि उनकी मांगे पूरी नहीं हुईं, तो वे उग्र आंदोलन करेंगे।

           • बैठक में स्पष्ट किया गया कि कंपनी केवल नेताओं और जनप्रतिनिधियों को खरीद सकती है, लेकिन आदिवासी समुदाय अपने अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष करेगा।
           • ग्रामीणों का कहना है:
             

             “हिंडाल्को दशकों से हमारे संसाधनों का शोषण कर रहा है, लेकिन अब यह बर्दाश्त नहीं होगा।”

             स्थानीय विकास की अनदेखी: एक गंभीर मुद्दा

             1. सामाजिक और आर्थिक असमानता:

             माइनिंग क्षेत्र से अरबों का बॉक्साइट निकालने के बावजूद स्थानीय निवासियों को बुनियादी सुविधाओं से वंचित रखा गया है।

             • शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और रोजगार की कमी ग्रामीणों की नाराजगी का मुख्य कारण है।

             2. क्षेत्रीय भागीदारी का अभाव:

             • ग्रामीणों को माइनिंग गतिविधियों में शामिल न करने से उनके आर्थिक अवसरों में गिरावट
             • आई है।
             • ट्रांसपोर्टिंग और अन्य कार्यों में बाहरी लोगों को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है।
               

               समिति और ग्रामीणों की उम्मीदें

               ऑल बॉक्साइट माइन्स जन अधिकार संघर्ष समिति के गठन के बाद ग्रामीणों को अपनी मांगें पूरा होने की उम्मीद है।

               संभावित कदम:

               1. कंपनी के साथ संवाद स्थापित करना।
               2. आंदोलन की तैयारी के साथ ग्रामीणों को एकजुट करना।
               3. सरकार और प्रशासन से सहयोग की मांग करना।
                  

                  संसाधनों के न्यायपूर्ण उपयोग की आवश्यकता

                  हिंडाल्को कंपनी के खिलाफ गुमला के ग्रामीणों का आक्रोश उनके दशकों के संघर्ष का परिणाम है। कंपनी को अब अपनी नीतियों में बदलाव कर क्षेत्रीय विकास के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभानी चाहिए।
