उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल से वर्षों से बंद पड़ा अस्पताल अब 24×7 चिकित्सकीय सेवाओं के साथ पूरी तरह कार्यशील

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के नागफेनी स्थित अस्पताल, जो कई वर्षों से बंद पड़ा था, अब एक बार फिर से पूरी तरह फंक्शनल हो गया है। यह अस्पताल अब कल्याण विभाग की देखरेख में डायनेमिक तरंग प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी के सहयोग से संचालित किया जा रहा है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य गुमला के ग्रामीण एवं शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों को समर्पित, गुणवत्तापूर्ण और निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराना है।

उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के मार्गदर्शन में आरंभ हुए इस प्रयास के तहत 50 बेड वाले इस अस्पताल में अत्याधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को सुलभ बनाया गया है। अस्पताल में वर्तमान में एक एमबीबीएस डॉक्टर, एक आयुष डॉक्टर और आठ प्रशिक्षित नर्सें 24 घंटे उपलब्ध हैं। साथ ही, 25 मई से एक और एमबीबीएस चिकित्सक की नियुक्ति प्रस्तावित है। आने वाले दिनों में विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक भी साप्ताहिक रूप से उपलब्ध रहेंगे, जो जटिल बीमारियों की जांच एवं परामर्श प्रदान करेंगे।

परियोजना निदेशक, आईटीडीए रीना हांसदा ने जानकारी दी कि यह अस्पताल कई वर्षों से बंद पड़ा था, जिसे उपायुक्त गुमला के विशेष प्रयासों से अब पुनः प्रारंभ किया गया है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि अस्पताल की सभी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ सिर्फ चिन्हित वर्गों के लिए नहीं, बल्कि हर जरूरतमंद नागरिक के लिए पूर्णतः निःशुल्क उपलब्ध रहेंगी।

नागफेनी अस्पताल की भौगोलिक स्थिति भी इसे एक महत्वपूर्ण चिकित्सा केंद्र बनाती है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से सटा होने के कारण यहाँ सड़क दुर्घटनाओं और आपातकालीन मामलों में त्वरित प्राथमिक उपचार की सुविधा भी सुनिश्चित की गई है।

यह अस्पताल सामान्य चिकित्सा, आपातकालीन देखभाल, मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य, निदान, निवारक देखभाल, एक्स-रे, प्रयोगशाला परीक्षण, दवा वितरण और अनुवर्ती देखभाल जैसी सेवाओं का एक व्यापक दायरा प्रदान करेगा। ओपीडी सेवाएँ सोमवार से शनिवार तक सुबह 9:30 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक चालू रहेंगी, जबकि आपात सेवाएँ चौबीसों घंटे उपलब्ध होंगी।

डायनेमिक तरंग प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी के डायरेक्टर ऑपरेशंस आकाश कुमार ने बताया कि सेवा की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु एक विशेष एडमिन टीम का गठन किया गया है, जो नियमित निरीक्षण और चिकित्सा सेवाओं की निगरानी करेगी। अस्पताल परिसर में एक शिकायत पेटी भी लगाई गई है, जिसमें आमजन अपनी समस्याएँ, सुझाव या शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकते हैं। इन शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि अस्पताल में भर्ती की आवश्यकता होने पर मरीजों को निःशुल्क भर्ती किया जाएगा और उनके लिए भोजन एवं अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ भी बिना किसी शुल्क के उपलब्ध कराई जाएँगी।

उल्लेखनीय है कि डॉक्टरों से इस आशय का अनुबंध किया गया है कि वे अस्पताल के बाहर निजी प्रैक्टिस नहीं करेंगे, ताकि समस्त चिकित्सकीय सेवाएँ अस्पताल परिसर के अंदर ही पूरी गुणवत्ता के साथ उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें।

यदि कोई मरीज बार-बार आकर भी ठीक नहीं हो रहा है, तो उसकी चिकित्सकीय निगरानी विशेष रूप से की जाएगी और उसे समुचित इलाज उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। एडमिन विभाग ऐसे मामलों की सतत निगरानी करेगा।

भविष्य की योजना के तहत अस्पताल में आई क्लिनिक और डेंटल क्लिनिक की स्थापना की दिशा में भी कार्य किया जा रहा है, जिससे सेवा का दायरा और व्यापक हो सके।

जिला प्रशासन सभी नागरिकों से अपील करता है कि वे इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाएँ, अन्य लोगों को भी इसके प्रति जागरूक करें और स्वास्थ्य के इस नए केंद्र को सफल बनाने में सहयोग करें।
