बगोदर : चौथी बार विनोद सिंह को है जीत का इंतजार…नागेन्द्र महतो भी लगा रहे जोर…दीपांकर ने लोगों से जिताने की अपील की

गिरिडीह: झारखंड विस चुनाव के दूसरे और अंतिम चरण में 20 नवम्बर को होने वाले मतदान से पहले सोमवार शाम में गिरिडीह जिले की सभी छह विधानसभा सीटों पर भी चुनाव प्रचार थम गया।

सभी छह सीटों पर बुधवार को वोट डाले जायेंगे। गिरिडीह जिले की इन्ही में से एक बगोदर विस सीट है, जहां वाकई में क्षेत्र की जनता चुनाव लड़ती है और अपना जनप्रतिनिधि चुनती है जिसके लिए हार-जीत में गम और उत्साह दोनों कोई मायने नहीं रखते हैं। अगर मायने रखते हैं तो, क्षेत्र का विकास, गरीबों व कमजोर वर्गों के मुद्दे। उनका नाम है विनोद कुमार सिंह. इलाके के लोग अपने विधायक पर गर्व करते हैं।

मान्यता है कि विनोद सिंह ऐसे जनप्रतिनिधियों में हैं, जिनके बारे में लोग कहते हैं कि सरकार चाहे जिसकी हो सीएम चाहे कोई हो अधिकारी चाहे जैसे हो विनोद सिंह जनता से जुड़े अपने क्षेत्र के काम तर्को-तथ्यों के आधार पर करवा लेते हैं। ग्रामीणों का मानना है कि भाकपा माले उनकी वाजिब और जरूरी समस्याओं को लेकर हमेशा मुखर रही है। जिसकी वजह से अपने विधायक पर उन्हें भरोसा है।

बगोदर में पदस्थापित सरकारी मुलाजिम भी मानते हैं कि विनोद सिंह के क्षेत्र में काम करने में अच्छा लगता है। 20 नवम्बर को होनेवाले मतदान को लेकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में उत्साह का माहौल है। लोग त्यौहार की भांति लोकतंत्र के महापर्व का हिस्सा बन रहे हैं।

बगोदर में कुल मतदाता 3.86.603 है, इनमें 197, 227 पुरुष और 189, 375 महिला वोटर 20 नवम्बर को अपने मतों का प्रयोग कर सकेंगे।

माले-भाजपा के बीच सीधी टक्कर

दरअसल, बगोदर विस क्षेत्र सीपीआई एमएल (भाकपा-माले) का गढ़ माना जाता है। क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान जुटाए गये आकलन के तहत इस बार भी भाकपा माले और भाजपा के बीच चुनावी मुकाबला तय माना जा रहा है।

2019 में भाकपा माले के विनोद सिंह ने भाजपा के नगेन्द्र महतो को पराजित कर यह सीट वापस हासिल की थी। विजयी (भाकपा माले) के विनोद सिंह को 98 हजार 201 और नागेन्द्र महतो (भाजपा) को 83 हजार 656 वोट प्राप्त हुए।

इससे पहले झारखंड-बिहार के चर्चित जुझारू नेता स्व. महेन्द्र सिंह की 2005 के चुनावों के दौरान निर्मम हत्या के बाद पिता की शवयात्रा से पहले पुत्र विनोद सिंह ने पार्टी के निर्देश पर नांमाकन के अंतिम दिन पर्चा दाखिल किया और भारी मतों से जीत कर सक्रिय राजनीति में प्रवेश किया। फिर 2009 में भी जीते, लेकिन 2014 में भाजपा के नागेन्द्र महतो से हार गये। फिर 2019 में जीते।

एकीकृत बिहार में भी इनके पिता स्व. महेन्द्र सिंह बगोदर से दो बार विधायक बने. इस बार इंडिया ब्लॉक से भाकपा माले के विनोद सिंह और एनडीए से भाजपा के नगेन्द्र महतो दोनों के बीच कड़ी टक्कर की स्थिति बनी है। चौथी बार विनोद सिंह को जीत का इंतजार है. वहीं नगेन्द्र महतो ने वापसी के लिए पूरी ऊर्जा लगा दी  है।

विधायक ने बगोदर में शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत किया

बगोदर क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में चुनाव प्रचार की व्यस्तताओं के बीच सोमवार को प्रत्याशी विनोद सिंह ने अपने बीते पांच वर्षों के विकास की उपलब्धियों पर बताया कि कोविड काल से लेकर हर संकट में इन पांच सालों के दौरान प्रवासी मजदूरों की पॉलिसी से जुड़ा हुआ मामला हो या हर समस्या, माले खड़ी रही।

इस कार्यकाल में सड़क और पुल से आगे बढ़ते हुए उन्होंने शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत किया. 2020 तक बगोदर विधानसभा में एक भी नया हाई स्कूल या नया इंटर कॉलेज नहीं खुला था। उनके प्रयास से यहां हाई स्कूल, इंटर कॉलेज, स्टेडियम बनाया गया। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बगोदर में ही शवों का पोस्टमार्टम होने लगा। ट्रॉमा सेंटर की शुरुआत भी हुई।

अनुमंडल को हमलोगों ने लड़ कर बनाया था, जिसके भवन की बुनियाद भी पिछली सरकार के कार्यकाल में डाली नहीं गई. उस महत्वपूर्ण भवन बनाने का काम शुरू हुआ। अब बगोदर को न्यायिक अनुमंडल का भी दर्जा मिल गया है। इसके अलावा पर्यटन स्थल के विकास के लिए भी कई काम किए गए।

लगभग 9O प्रतिशत सड़क-पुल-पुलिया बनी है

क्षेत्र के भावी विकास पर उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार जीत होती है तो कई योजना, कई बातें हैं जो उनकी प्रथमिकता में है. चूंकि बगोदर ग्रामीण इलाका है और यहां सड़क-पुल-पुलियों के कारण गैप रहता था. इस खाई को भरा गया है. लगभग 9O प्रतिशत सड़क- पुल-पुलिया बनी है। कुछ टोले ही बचे हैं, जहां सड़क की जरूरत है. शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य की सुविधा और भी बेहतर हो। प्रवासी श्रमिकों के लिए बेहतर कुछ किया जा सके, इसका पूरा प्रयास रहेगा।

चुनाव प्रचार के अंतिम दिन सोमवार को भाकपा माले के महासचिव दीपंकर भट्टाचार्य ने विनोद सिंह के पक्ष में आयोजित सभा में लोगों से वोट देने की अपील की। इससे पहले भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा समेत अन्य बड़े नेता चुनावी सभा कर नागेन्द्र महतो को जीताने की अपील कर चुके हैं.
