धर्म संसद पर SC सख्त, उत्तराखंड सरकार को हिदायत, भड़काऊ भाषण के लिए प्रशासन होगा जिम्मेवार

धर्म संसद के आयोजन को लेकर अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अख्तियार कर लिया है. 27 अप्रैल को उत्तराखंड के रुड़की में होने जा रही धर्म संसद के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तराखंड के मुख्य सचिव को एक हलफनामा दायर कर यह स्पष्ट करने के लिए कहा है कि कार्यक्रम में कुछ गलत होने से रोकने के लिए कदम उठाए गए हैं। राज्य सरकार को चेताते हुए कहा कि भड़काऊ भाषण पर लगाम नहीं लगी तो उच्च अधिकारियों को इसके लिए जिम्मेदार माना जाएगा।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का नोटिस जारी
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 17 अप्रैल को हिमाचल के ऊना में हुई धर्म संसद पर भी नोटिस जारी किया है। याचिकाकर्ता कुर्बान अली के वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा था कि प्रशासन ने भड़काऊ भाषण से रोकने के लिए ज़रूरी कदम नहीं उठाए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूछा है कि ऐसे मामलों के लिए पहले आ चुके निर्देशों के पालन के लिए लिए क्या कदम उठाए गए।

राज्य सरकारों को बंदिशें लगानी होगी
बता दें कि पिछले महीने रायपुर के एक संगठन द्वारा आयोजित धर्म संसद में कालीचरण महाराज ने महात्मा गांधी के बारे में अपमानजनक शब्द कहे थे और नाथूराम गोडसे को बापू की हत्या के लिए सही ठहराया था। कालीचरण के भड़काऊ भाषण के बाद छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने सख्त कदम उठाते हुए उन्हें जेल भेज दिया था. वहीं हरिद्वार धर्म संसद में हिंदुओं से हथियार उठाने की अपील की गई थी. धर्म संसद में भड़काऊ भाषण का एक वीडियो सामने आने के बाद से बवाल मच गया था। दरअसल, इस धर्म संसद में एक वक्ता ने विवादित भाषण देते हुए कहा था कि धर्म की रक्षा के लिए हिंदुओं को हथियार उठाने की जरूरत है। वक्ता ने कहा था कि किसी भी हालत में देश में मुस्लिम प्रधानमंत्री न बने। वक्ता ने कहा था कि मुस्लिम आबादी बढ़ने पर रोक लगानी होगी। ऐसे हालात में धर्म संसद में भड़काऊ भाषण देनेवाले वक्ताओं पर अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नकेल कस दी है. अब देखना है कि राज्य सरकारें ऐसे आयोजनों पर किस तरह से बंदिशें लगाती हैं.
